Find Your Helmet Size

Measurement guide

Start with the widest part of your head.

Use a soft measuring tape, or wrap a string first and measure the string with a ruler. Keep the tape level around your head, about 1 cm above the eyebrows and across the most prominent part at the back.

Start with the measurement, then choose the helmet size that feels secure without pressure.

Position the tape

Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head. It should sit level, about 1 cm above your eyebrows.

Read the measurement

Check the number where the tape overlaps. Repeat a few times and use the average value for a more reliable fit.

Compare the chart

Match your head circumference to the size chart. If you land between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

Between sizes?

Choose the larger size, then fine-tune the fit.

The inner padding and rear fit system can make small adjustments. A helmet that is too small can create pressure points during longer rides.
