I’ve worn a helmet when bicycling since
I’ve worn a helmet when bicycling since 1977. Recently, I tried a helmet with a rear light, but this one has rear lights, a front light, Bluetooth speakers, a microphone and a handlebar-mounted remote control. I like the rear lights as a safety feature - they are bright and, with three different lights, they are hard to miss. The front light might help for vehicles turning into your lane. If you are on a long-haul ride, maybe you want to listen to audiobooks or podcasts to help distract you from the effort you’re putting in. You could make or receive phone calls, if that’s what you want. I wonder: if your riding partner had one of these, could you use your phones to chat with them, which might be fun, and safer than trying to ride up their rear tire to be close enough to shout to them. On the other hand, in world where everything is connected, a nice thing about biking might be the unplugged nature of the experience. I suppose you can always turn off your phone. As for the remote control, it seems you can use it to issue turn signals on your helmet, but I think hand signals are probably better in any case. I have some gloves that can issue lighted arrows when I give hand signals, but I don’t really need them. I’ll try out the turn signals, but I don’t really expect drivers to be looking at my helmet to figure out what I’m planning to do.

This a great and intuitive bike helmet
This a great and intuitive bike helmet. It offers the protection of a regular bike helmet and also adds features that are extremely helpful while riding. The Bluetooth features are great as the sound quality is surprisingly good and the connectivity is pretty seamless. Like a hands free option in car to taking calls and/or listening to music. The lights in both front and back are very visible if riding in the morning as well as night rides. The blinkers and and braking lights on the back of the helmet offer more awareness for cars to know where you're going or when you're slowing down or stopping. The fit of this helmet is perfect and is very comfortable. Surprisingly lightweight for all the added lights/functions on the helmet. Another added bonus is the magnetic visor option. The magnet is pretty strong so it doesn't seem like the visor would fly off easily. The button controls for the blinkers are easily attachable to your handle bars and the compatability with the helmet is perfect. I would highly recommend this helmet.

Overall, pretty nice. Would like to have the Bluetooth handlebar control to be a bit better in response. The buttons need to really be pressed hard. I like the speakers above the ears. When playing music however it's difficult to hear the left and right turn signal voice. Would have also liked to have options for the rear lights like there are for the front helmet light.

Excellent Bike Helmet! I love my new
Excellent Bike Helmet! I love my new Asievie Bike Helmet! Nice fit, comfortable to wear and looks great. Now I can listen to my music while I ride and also have nice safety features like the front light and rear and side safety lights and blinkers! I did have an issue where I needed to contact customer support and they responded immediately and took care of the issue for me. I highly recommend this helmet and the customer service is excellent!

This is the best bicycle helmet I’ve ever owned. I really enjoy wearing it, especially because it’s still quite rare in Indonesia. I added soft plastic ear flaps which go next to my ears with the helmet straps on the outside pushing the flaps against my head. The manufacturer should have provided these flaps or should have made the speakers more powerful.

Been using this for my daily 30-minute
Been using this for my daily 30-minute commute in Chicago. The turn signals are bright and really do help at stoplights – I’ve noticed drivers actually keeping their distance when I signal. The white color looks clean and the fit is true to size (I’m 58cm, got M/L). Battery lasts me almost two weeks between charges. Only wish the remote button was a bit bigger for thick winter gloves, but overall – solid helmet for the price.

This is by far the most functional

Den Helm habe ich jetzt seit 2 Tagen. Er trägt sich sehr gut. Die Steuerung der Beleuchtung kann über den Helm (außer der Blinker) erfolgen. Für die Steuerung am Lenkrad gab es sogar 2 Batterien. Den Blinker fürs abbiegen kann man nur über die Tastatur nutzen. Schön wäre noch eine App - Steuerung fürs Handy. Der Helm hat 2 eingebaute Lautsprecher worüber man Musik vom Handy abspielen kann. Auch das funktioniert einwandfrei.

As an avid cyclist, safety has always been my top priority and the ASIEVIE is basically an extra layer of safety for my night rides. The lights on the front and rear not only look cool but also significantly increase visibility. And it definitely works because I've noticed that cars are more aware of me, giving me a wider berth when overtaking. One of my favorite features is the turn signal lights. I was a bit skeptical at first but was quickly convinced. The helmet comes with a wireless remote that mounts easily on the handlebar, so I can activate my turn signals without letting go of the grips and the optional remote upgrade enables brake lights.
